Who & where
Theo. Richmond Fields. The gate code you always have to ask for.
People · Places · FactsHow it works
A plan has a place. A form belongs to a child. A cancelled game changes your Saturday. Joyce brings those pieces together, with helpers watching for the moments that matter.
Start with one thing on your mind. You can build from there.

A small toolkit for a full life
People and places. Plans and promises. Paperwork, payments and little facts. Familiar things, kept with enough context to be useful when you need them.

From “I need to remember” to remembered
No sorting it into the right list first. Tell Joyce in your own words, or type when it's quieter.
An appointment, a promise, a payment or a detail worth keeping.
A receipt shows what changed. Check the details, and answer a follow-up if she needs one.
The record is there when you need it. Add a reminder or helper for the things you want watched.

Follow one small change
The club's plan is part of your family's day. Connect the shared season to Theo, and a helper can watch for changes that affect him.
The coach shares the soccer season with your household. You link it to Theo, so the games have their place in your week.
Take on the team manager and check its instructions. It watches for soccer being cancelled or moved.
The coach cancels the game in Joyce. Your helper notices the change and tells you. You can decide what Saturday looks like now.
One less plan to keep checking.Joyce watches the information you record and the updates people share with you. You choose what happens next.
You said
“I need to return Mia's library books by Friday.”
What changed
Return Mia's library books
Due FridaySomething you meant to do.
Now somewhere you can find it.
Small beginnings count
Start with the books you need to return. Joyce shows you the task it added, including the date. Check the receipt, then add the chaser if you'd like help remembering when it's due.
Next time, add a person, a place or a plan. The picture grows as you use it.
Putting something down is a start.
Knowing what happens next is what makes it feel like help.
Help on your terms
Every instruction starts at “Tell me.” Raising it is a tap you make, every time. You can read, change or pause the instructions you've set up.
For example: when soccer is cancelled, add a task to tell the others.
Joyce tells you soccer was called off. You decide what to do next.
Joyce proposes the follow-up task. It isn't added until you confirm.
Joyce adds the task when your rule fires, then tells you. This level applies to that instruction.
Adding a task to tell someone is not sending them a message. You handle the conversation.
Clear boundaries
No messages sent on your behalf. Joyce can remind you to call the coach. You make the call.
No access to your money. Track the payment, see the deadline, mark it settled. You do the paying.
No invisible instructions. See what's being watched, check what a request changed, and pause a watch when you no longer need it.
Joyce uses AI to understand requests, and it can make mistakes. Review the receipt to see what changed, and check the instructions you set up.
